I have a copy of Charles Willeford's "Kiss your ass goodbye" in pristine
condition, with the dust jacket it never had (provided by Willeford
himself in the form of photocopies of his 1979 Amended 1040 form - 1040X
for the hardboiled connoisseur), and with a Polaroid snapshot of
the author trying (in vain, as even the most ardent Willeford collector
will concede) to perform the feat of the title in front of a circle
of astonished sun-bathers in Malibu Beach.

The price is a modest $5000, or $3700 without the 1040X. This offer
is extended to librarians who seek the rare and the special at
affordable prices.
