As it says in the intrdouctory message all new subscribers get:

If you want to flame someone, do it in private mail.  If you don't
like the rule, flame me in private mail.  If anyone continues to be
rude in public, I'll toss them off the list a cheap hood ditching a
rod in the Hudson.  I've seen other lists go through weeks of
pointless name-calling and I won't let it happen here.
