Maybe this will lead to the book's finally getting a real reissue. Here's hoping.

Then again, Get Carter didn't get reprinted when it was recently refilmed -- guess they figured Stallone fans can't or won't read (for the record, I'm dissing publishers, not Stallone fans, even though I'm not one, never saw his Get Carter).
