I have the Dish now since last May and, as a Frenchman
living in the States, I now follow all the offerings on TV5
and I have seen one or two solid French police series so far,
but nothing near the scope and mastery of TTTSS or....I
Claudius...to mention another of these grandiose BBC epic
series...my friends in UK 'in the business' of Film & TV
tell me that the budgets are simply not there anymore to do
such series...pity...
One French police series (two years old I think) that many
praised in France hasn't made it to TV5 yet though...maybe
you've seen it in UK???...or maybe Duane Spurlock also in
RARA knows which one, since he lives in France??...
