Hank Janson was a hugely successful and prolific English
imitator of the 50s US pulp novels. I've never read any,
mainly because I suspect the quality might pale in comparison
with his US counterparts (Keene, Miller, White, Brewer,
Williams, John D, et al). On the other hand, I could be
wrong. I had a look in the rara-avis archives, but he's not
prompted much discussion. Is that because he's not worth
discussing? Any informed opinions?
