I find it amazing that any of the original James Bond books
have gone out of print. Have they all gone bye-bye in the US?
And are they still publishing new titles by whoever is now
carrying the franchise forward? Speaking of which, how come
later Bond authors got their names on the cover? Isn't that a
rarity for an author carrying on an established series --
Brett Halliday, VC Andrews, etc.?
