RARA-AVIS: Borden Deal

I would like to ask Bill Crider and Richard Moore what else they know about Borden Deal. I have read only one of his books,"Killer in the House", an Italian translation of which was published in Italy in 1959, in the same book series where, many years later, two of Bill's novels have been issued. From that novel, which I read only a couple of years ago, Deal looks like an interesting writer - but I do not know anything more. Thanks for any info.
