By chance, I picked up "Newspaper Murders" by Joe Gash. It
wasn't bad. Kinda hardboiled, I guess. Certainly gritty and
spare. It mentions he authored the Chicago Police Mysteries,
apparently a series that inclued the Edgar-Award winning
"Public Murders."
Anyone know of his other work? Newspaper Murders was a great
read for people who live -- or who spent time in --
Chicago.
