The other day I was reading a Peter the Brazen story by
Loring Brent (aka
George F. Worts) in a 1931 issue of ARGOSY. The story takes
place in Hong
Kong. The writer describes a Mongolian as having "a Chicago
gangster's
haircut." Anybody know just what sort of sartorial splendor
this might be
describing? Thanks in advance. -- Duane
