RARA-AVIS: Day Keene

Sun, 14 Dec 1997 19:51:43 -0500 (EST) As I have said before, I am fascinated by the work of Day Keene. His
work was being reprinted through at least the early 70s, but since
then he has disappeared from sight. I've managed to collect fourteen
novels so far, but I find his short stories MUCH harder to come by. I
believe I have only one, "A Better Mantrap," the first story in the Mike
Shayne-edited (!?) *Dangerous Dames*. If anyone knows where to find other
Day Keene stories, or if anyone has some Keene they wanna part w/ (for
trade or $), please let me know. Eventually I want to do some research on
Keene and his career -- any suggestions in that direction would be helpful
as well. Thanks everyone. M-

I have a Keene bibliography if anyone keeping such lists on the web wants
it. Here it is:
