Could followers of this list advise what is the best magazine ( following
their personal opinion) published in the UK for HB/Noir literature?

I'm investigating not so much for magazines specialized in publications of
short-stories or novelettes, but rather for the kind that goes for reviews
of books, critics and general studies about the genre and its authors.
