I recently finished Kent Harrington's Satellite Circus and thought it was terrific. The plot involves a missing American college girl on a Caribbean Island and the media frenzy that surrounds the investigation.

I have not read all of Harrington's books (still need to track down copies of Red Jungle and The Good Physician), but I really enjoy how different each of the books of his that I have read are.
