    I took the liberty of posting--for the 2 week duration--an unrestricted copy of Jason's book because I, like John, can't read off a computer screen (I like to read in bed also). I have to read a printed copy. I also removed that annoying copyright watermark on the bottom of every page.

    I'll pull it down when Jason removes the link from his site--sooner if Jason objects to the cracked version--or if some lawyer for Macmillan reading this sends me a "cease & desist" email.
