    Funny and sad you mention Elvis in this context when we just learned that Lux Interior of The Cramps just died yesterday...( http://www.thedailyswarm.com/headlines/cramps-lux-interior-rip/ )...and they were Œbeyond Elvis¹...
    ...Now I wonder about crime stories and the Rockabilly and Psychobilly scene...?...I know of a few French novels with mentions and references but not US ones...?
