Lawless is listed as coming out on December 26 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Though if you like the flavor of the first volume, and have access to a good comics store, I recommend looking for the arc in single issues (the current one would be issues 6-9, with 10 coming out soon). The single issues have a lot of bonus material, including Brubaker and other writers talking about noir films and books that influenced them. Some people may find the monthly serial format annoying, but I think it's kind of a cool throwback, and (unlike the problem with a lot of comics these days) the issues have been coming out more or less on time. And if you're interested in future issues but don't have a store convenient, I'm sure Marvel/Icon will sell you a subscription.
