The story that I read about Albert Fish is that he inserted
and left needles and pins into his testacles
(which I believe is true) and that the metal shorted out the
electric chair when the juice came on. I think a version was
in Colin Wilson's A Criminal History of Mankind. The story
has been since debunked.
