Am I the only person who actually doesn't like The Burnt Orange Heresy all that much? For me, with its incredibly laboured satire of the modern art world, this is the weakest Willeford I've read. Personal favourites are Pick-Up, the Hoke Moseleys and, best of all, the first volume of autobiography, I Was Looking For A Street.
