I read this Bill Pronzini a couple of years back and
commented
(favorable) briefly. For me, his work continued to evolve to
the sparse, elegant style as seen such the Nameless titles
like Sentinels and Scattershot. He's one of those special
writers who sets the benchmark for craftsmanship.
