I managed to catch both. They both hold some promise although
neither seems to know yet what exactly they want to be. I
agree "Andy Barker, P.I." could use a little more
tongue-in-cheek humour, and "Raines" certainly had a few
bright spots (like the opening voice-over), but it seems like
its trying to do too much all at once. Hopefully, with time,
both will come into their own.
