A couple of them were aired a while back in Ontario. I
watched one
(Black and Blue). It was a pretty faithful adaptations of the
book, plot-wise. I enjoyed it okay, but not enough to watch
another. I particularly didn't like the choice of actor for
Rebus. Although a good actor, Hannah wasn't at all what I
imagined Rebus should be, and it resulted in a serious
toning-down of the character. To me it would be like casting
Kevin Spacey as Parker. I heard Rankin had Hannah in mind as
a perfect Rebus from very early on, but I have no idea why.
In any case, if you've read the books, I don't know if the
adaptations will do much for you.
