Well I don't know that anyone would claim to be noir, but I
imagine a lot claim to be existentialist. Although several of
the people identified as great existentialist thinkers deny
that they are.
I work with a guy who claims he is existentialist. He likes
his humor noir and his movies bleak. I haven't taken his
razor blades away.
