I think I was a bit ho-hum when I commented on this one here
recently. But I've found myself thinking about it since I
read it (often a good sign) and appreciate it a bit more as I
give it some more thought.
I had a difficult time figuring out what McCarthy himself
thinks of a few of the characters, particularly the sheriff.
This isn't simply a case of an author showing, not telling.
Any thoughts on this, miker?
