Two points that need to be made here: 1) Hashian never
claimed to be Trevanian. Whitaker has. 2) Hashian claims to
have taken over a pseudonym from another author, never saying
who. But no books were written from 1983-1998 and Hashian
died in 1999. That means he could have only written one of
the Trevanian novels.
