Yeah, I know the feeling, as do most writers. I just came
back from Assoc. Writers Program Conference, where people are
somewhat proud that they're too good to make money. And it's
true. Also, I went to a panel where people were talking about
having to give up on manuscripts that they spent years on and
just couldn't sell. I would guess that these might have been
good books. One year I heard James Lee Burke talking about
how he had a 13 year gap in publishing because he couldn't
get a book to sell. I keep these things in mind since there
are no help groups for neglected writers. Vicki
