Vacation coming up soon. Here's a few on-topic ones that are
ready for the suitcase:
ISLAND OF THE SEQUINED LOVE NUN, Moore SUTTREE, McCarthy DIA
DE LOS MUERTOS, Harrington PISTOL POETS, Gischler GOLD RUSH,
Yu SKY BLUE, Hendricks TOMATO RED, Woodrell
Gruber's TROPIC OF NIGHT will go too if I don't get it
finished by then. For vacation I tend to toss out my tendency
to read new (to me) authors and pick books by authors I have
enjoyed before. I'm familiar with all the above writers
except Moore and Yu.
I'll probably take a couple more. Willeford comes to mind.
Maybe the Bosch one where he goes private (LOST LIGHT?),
maybe Spillane's MY GUN IS QUICK. Hmm... Lankford's
EARTHQUAKE WEATHER?
