There's not a dud in the bunch. Each title features an
introduction by an admiring writer like Lawrence Block,
Donald Westlake or Joe Gores.
But I'm not sure if there's any rhyme or reason to the order
in which they're being reissued. For instance, CHINAMAN'S
CHANCE, which has been justly praised on the list and is the
first of the Wu & Durant novels, will be out next January
(according to the St. Martin's website), while OUT ON THE
RIM, also featuring those characters, was released in early
2003.
Someday I'd love to read Thomas in sequence -- didn't someone
on the list recommend doing that recently? -- but for now,
I'll take anything I get.
