A supper get-together before the opening ceremony wouldn't
stop people from going out afterwards. Could a corner/pub be
designated somewhere as a general RA gathering place?
BTW, there are competing Men of Mystery and Women of Mystery
readings Wednesday night at 7:30: Ian Rankin and others vs.
Val McDermid et al. Tough choice, but the first costs $25 and
the other is apparently free.
