RARA-AVIS: Ed Lacy's books and colorful titles

As I posted earlier, I read Ed Lacy's MOMENT OF TRUTH and MEN FROM THE BOYS, liked them both. Today I picked up a thin paperback titled SHOOT IT AGAIN (first published as THE SEX CASTLE). Where do they come up with these titles? I like SHOOT IT AGAIN over THE SEX CASTLE.
