I've seen this allegation before. How certain is it? As far as I've been able to establish, Sheldon Lord was a house name with a lot of writers behind the name. I've got an SL book on my shelves, but how can I find out if it's really Lawrence Block who wrote this book in his youth? He would never admit anything of the sort.
