RARA-AVIS: Marijane Meaker and Patricia Highsmith

I just switched computers and think I might have lost all or part of some of these threads, so forgive me if this has been covered already. I noticed that Marijane Meaker is the subject of an on-going thread here, and perhaps it's versimilitudinous, and perhaps the article I'm citing sparked it, but Meaker is mentioned directly (and at no little length) in a New York Times review of a new biography of Patricia Highsmith.
