RARA-AVIS: Australian hardboiled ?

I'm looking for some information on Australian hardboiled, authors both contemporary and vintage. I searched the archives back a few years and came up with these names:

Carter Brown, Larry Kent, Marele Day, Peter Doyle, Shane Maloney, Jon Cleary, K.T. McCall, Carl Dekker, Peter Flynn, Marc Brody, G.G. Bleeck (mostly pseudonyms)

Also found a couple sites:

I would appreciate any comments you guys might have on those authors. Are they good? Are they hardboiled? Also any other Australian hardboiled authors. Who is good vintage? Who is good contemporary? Any other sites on Australian hardboiled? Any books on hardboiled Australian?
