>Not to mention whitewashing McCoy's
character.
(Spoilers)
If I remember correctly, in the first chapter of the book
McCoy murders a bank guard in cold blood, and later he kills
a man who has the bad fortune to have a car when McCoy needs
one. And like many others, I didn't care for the "third
Durango" ending.
One note about the film: Has anyone noticed that in the
beginning of the movie, Peckinpah used sound for continuity
while cutting back and forth between different visual images?
Steven Soderbergh did the same thing throughout the whole
movie with THE LIMEY.
