Sorry folks. I've been looking at some James T. Farrell
websites and I don't see THE GIRL EVERYBODY KNEW listed
anywhere as his. I would note that in Abebooks this book was
listed as being by James Farrell, without the middle initial,
but it was so close to the time period, that I thought it was
probably the same Farrell. Now I don't think so.
I have found out quite a bit about his life, though.
