Indeed, congratulations, Mark! I'm only mildly surprised that
it took until Bill's mention of Barrett to catch up with him,
since he doesn't get a fraction of the attention he deserves,
but I'm lucky enough to have seen his work in sf, horror, and
western as well as hb/suspense fiction, and going back to the
beginning of his career some forty years ago (though I caught
up with him first ca. 1978).
Very glad to have made your f2f acquaintance at Bouchercon
