22 hits in the Edinburgh phone directory (the more common
spelling, McAllister scores 93). McNeil scores 111. MacRoss
scores 0. MacRoss sounds like a pseudonym capitalizing on
Kenneth Millar's pseudonym. John D McJohn probably ran it a
close second.
