Roger Ebert liked BLOOD WORK a lot more than the Slate
reviewer did. He gave it 3-1/2 stars. I'd put it somewhere in
between. The solution is obvious to anybody very early on
(even those who haven't read the book), but Eastwood is good,
and there's a good cast. The movie didn't seem to me to be
slow, but there are no explosions or car chases.
