Al: Seems to me that Bruno Fischer's photo was on a lot of
the Signet reprints of his work. I know we must have used one
from somewhere back in the dim and distant past when I was
helping Billy Lee with Paperback Quarterly. I can send you
that one if you'll e-mail me.
