Bill clearly identified Nameless as himself, and in an
article in an eldesrly TAD he sdaid that "Bill Pronzini"
would have to be Nameless's real name.
But in a book a few years ago, Nameless attended a pulp
conference and ran into someone "with a name almost like
mine"(or words to that effect) --that was clearly Bill P
himself.
I'll post a note soon on some Crippen & Lnadru plans that
will or may interest Rara-Avisians.
