Has anyone read this writer? He's a Brit living in Japan who writes about a Tokyo PI named Mori. I picked up his book Samurai Boogie on a lark today. When I got home I looked him up on Amazon and his books, particularly this one, were highly praised -- Publisher's Weekly calls it "one of the best harboiled novels ever written."
