I just finished reading his _Top Banana_ a very dark procedural, only there ain't much procedure to the proceedings. It's weird. I am becoming a fan of this author. The local library has a lot of his stuff, which surprised me considering how dark and even distasteful it is (for the average reader, that is, not for inveterate noirists. This guy is good.
