Jay Bonansinga's written a horror novel about a trucker who,
due to a voodoo curse, cannot slow or stop his truck (ala the
movie "Speed") lest he die a nasty death. The title is THE
BLACK MARIAH. It came out as a paperback-original in the
States - a HC in the UK - half a decade or more ago.
