A very good one, horror but with strong hardboiled elements,
is Jay R. Bonansinga's _The Black Mariah_, a PB origional
from 1994. I've always thought the movie Speed ripped off a
piece of the premise. But _Mariah_ is a straight trucker's
tale, good buddy.
