RARA-AVIS: The Final List

I'd like to add my thanks to all those who worked on tabulating results, etc.

After all that hard work, you may hate this question, but, are we going to have a run-off to eliminate the odd 11 and bring the list down to an even 100?

And, if so, what will the procedure be?
