Ed Gorman's survey NIGHTMARE TOWN is probably the most representative I've scanned (it's on the TBR pile), but THE BIG KNOCKOVER is valuable as well. Haven't picked up the ?LOC volume.

There's not so much that was published that you can't collect it all, of course. TM
