That's how I found the list - the archives turned up in my search. Looks like Dora S. caused some dissension in the ranks ... Thanks for the info. I'm still looking for the autobio and Dead Man Upright, and the various short stories in the respective anthologies. Interesting to see on Blather.com an interview with Allan Moore, who was a friend of "Cookie's"
