hi everybody,

well, i finished _river girl_, my first book by charles williams. he's a good author. the characters were well-drawn and the desperation and inevitably sad ending were great. and oh... i guessed wrong about the sheriff trying to double-cross him. thats what i get for trying to predict the ending.

i can't seem to find any biographical material on williams. searching the net and the bookstores seems to always come up with info on the religious charles williams. my guess is that there are no biographies of him. am i correct?

any sources of background material on him would be appreciated.

thanks, miker
