This is part of a Finnish (I think) site that has these
little pages on hundreds of different writers, most of them
not HB/noir, although very many are of interest to list
members - eg Frederic Brown, J M Cain, Chandler, Donald
Hamilton (heavy emphasis on Scandinavian & related
authors) & others commonly discussed here. It's an
excellent site for newbies to find out who some of these guys
are if they don't know them & for the rest of us a useful
bibliographic reference.
