I'm catching up on the postings after the holiday, and I ran
across the one from George about writers who mingle first-
and thrid-person narration.
I know there are probably lots of examples of this, but
offhand I can think of only one: Ralph Dennis does it in THE
CHARLESTON KNIFE IS BACK IN TOWN. This was several years
before Parker did it.
