After praising Thomas Perry's Butcher Boy, John worte: "I
read METZGER'S DOG a long time ago and didn't care for
it."
I thought that book was great. It struck me as a worthy
addition to the Ross Thomas ouevre. On one level, it cracked
me up, but it was also a very good caper book. And as I've
said before, I'm a sucker for a good caper book.
