Bill,
The only name I recognize is Jose Latour. He wrote The
Outcast, about which there was some discussion here about a
year ago. It's noir. Here's the jacket bio:
Jose Latour was born in 1940 in Havava, Cuba, where he won
his first literary prize at age thirteen. Outcast is his
seventh novel and his first written in English. He has
traveled extensively in the United States, Eastern and
Western Europe, Canada, and Mexico, and is vice president of
the Latin Americn division of the International Association
of Crime Writers. He has two sons and a daughter, and lives
in Havana with his wife.
